3 Platforms That Make Marketing Easier

WordSwag -
WordSwag is a $4.99 app that I stumbled upon about 4 years ago. Everyone loves a free app so I know that the $4.99 can be off-putting, but I can assure you that it's money well spent. You only have to pay once and you get access to an app that has great stock images, fonts and built in design features. The app allows you to take any image and choose the dimensions you need (based on social media platform). After getting your photo to the proper size you can play around with fun fonts and add your logo! I have used this app to create both of my book covers, add logos to graphics, and even design t-shirts! It's worth a download if you want a quick fix to graphic creation!
Preview -
The preview app is amazing if you're looking to create a clean aesthetic for your company's Instagram feed. There's an ongoing debate about how much an aesthetic really matters, but I think it gives any page a professional look. When you finally get a person to your Instagram page they need to be intrigued within seconds, otherwise they'll navigate to the next page. The Preview App allows for you to upload photos onto a grid that's identical to Instagram. This will help you have the flexibility to move photos around and get a preview of what your feed will be BEFORE posting on Instagram officially. This will allow you to experiment and see the full effects of each photo without having to really post. It's helped me flesh out many different aesthetic ideas and it's FREE!

Many of you guys have already heard of Hootsuite, it is one of the most popular social media management platforms. With Hootsuite you can schedule posts ahead of time for Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and even LinkedIn! Having a place where you can access every social media platform for multiple businesses at a time is $29.99/mo* well spent! After getting my certfication and learning how to operate Hootsuite I realized how much scheduling things in advance helps with consistency. Sometimes the days get busy and if you find yourself posting later than expected or feeling overwhelmed with trying to juggle 4+ platforms at a time, just imagine spending 90 minutes or less on a Sunday evening and having every social media post for the week finished! Whatever position you hold, we can all agree that efficiency is key. Hootsuite helps give the needed structure to posting that allows you to have much better time management!
